Delivery
Our MADE TO ORDER dance costumes ballet tutu and general are scheduled around your requested delivery date and our production schedule. We will always despatch your goods allowing time for Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. However, if you are under pressure for time, it is in your best interests to upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Next Day, as we cannot accept responsibilty for the late arrival of goods due to Royal Mail. We will however assist you in any claims process against Royal Mail that you may wish to make under these circumstances.
If you have a deadline please let us know , we can usually help.
All our orders are delivered using Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded, Special Delivery, or TNT.
Royal Mail aim to deliver all 1st Class mail within 2-3 days, but this service is not guaranteed.
Esme Dancwear can accept no responsibility for the late arrival of goods due to Royal Mail delays and no refunds for postage will be given.
If your garment/s have not arrived in time for show/performance dealines and your order was despatched on schedule, we are afraid that no refunds can be given. We will however assist you in any claims process against Royal Mail that you may wish to make under these circumstances.

Returns
MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS: Once you have ordered garments and work has begun, they cannot , UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, be exchanged or returned. All garments are inspected before despatch.
Therefore please check your sizing against our size charts before placing your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
PLEASE NOTE: Holographic and patterned fabric may fade with repeated washing. We recommend that these items are washed by hand in cold water, with a mild non-abrasive detergent.
Exchanges
MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS: Once you have ordered garments they cannot, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, be exchanged or refunded. All garments are inspected before despatch.
Therefore please check your sizing against our size charts before placing your order.
Cancellations
If 'Made to Order' garments are cancelled before cutting of fabric has taken place, then refunds will be given. If cutting of your garnment has begun then the order will proceed to conclusion.
