Delivery

We endeavour to despatch all our IN STOCK garments within 3 days from receipt of order with payment.
This excludes Sundays and national holidays. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to meet these despatch times but, we will always contact you via telephone/email to inform you if a problem has occured that is likely to delay your order.

Our MADE TO ORDER dance costumes are scheduled around your performance date and our production schedule. We will always despatch your goods allowing time for Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. However, if you are under pressure for time, it is in your best interests to upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Next Day, as we cannot accept responsibilty for the late arrival of goods due to Royal Mail. We will however assist you in any claims process against Royal Mail that you may wish to make under these circumstances.

If you have a deadline please let us know , we can usually help.

All our orders are delivered using Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded, Special Delivery, or Parcelforce 24/48.
Royal Mail aim to deliver all 1st Class mail within 2-3 days, but this service is not guaranteed.

Esme Dancwear can accept no responsibility for the late arrival of goods due to Royal Mail delays and no refunds for postage will be given.

If your garment/s have not arrived in time for a show/performance deadline and your order was from our IN STOCK products, we will be more than happy (on receipt of the returned goods and finding them in re-saleable condition) to refund your order minus the postage costs.

If your garment/s have not arrived in time for show/performance dealines and your order was from our MADE TO ORDER range and was despatched on schedule, we are afraid that no refunds can be given. We will however assist you in any claims process against Royal Mail that you may wish to make under these circumstances.

Returns

MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS: Once you have ordered garments they cannot, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, be exchanged or refunded. All garments are inspected before despatch.

All returns:
*Must be sent within 7 working days to Dancewear UK, Velindre House, Units 4/5/6 Talgarth Workshops, Talgarth, Brecon, Powys, LD3 0AA.
*Must be sent postage paid. We recommend a recorded delivery as we accept no responsibility for lost parcels.
*Must be sent in re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached, with original invoice and  returns form enclosed. Goods returned after 7 days are at our sole descretion.
*All  'Made to Order' garments are final sale and non refundable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

PLEASE NOTE: Holographic and patterned fabric may fade with repeated washing. We recommend that these items are washed by hand in cold water, with a mild non-abrasive detergent.

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges on our IN STOCK garments. However, there will be a handling charge of £3.00 to cover the cost of postage back to you.
To minimize exchange goods, please always refer to our sizing chart when placing an order.

MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS: Once you have ordered garments they cannot, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, be exchanged or refunded. All garments are inspected before despatch.

All Exchanges:
*Must be sent within 7 working days to Dancewear UK, Velindre House, Units 4/5/6 Talgarth Workshops, Talgarth,  Brecon, Powys, LD3 0AA.
*Must be sent postage paid. We recommend a recorded delivery as we accept no responsibility for lost parcels.
*Must be sent in re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached, with original invoice and  returns form stating clearly the replacement size/colour needed, together with a postal order or written instructions  for your credit card to be deducted the £3.00 handling fee for exchanges. 
*Goods returned after 7 days are at our sole descretion. If goods are returned to us by Royal Mail due to non  collection and we have already re-issued items, postage will be re-charged at the original rate.

Cancellations

If you have changed your mind about an order purchased from our  IN STOCK garments, you may cancel your order as long as we have not already despatched your garment/s.

If your goods have already been despatched, no refunds will be given for postage.

If 'Made to Order' garments are cancelled before cutting of fabric has taken place, then refunds will be given. If cutting of your garnment has begun then the order will proceed to conclusion.
